It is recommended that your Mobile Plant Equipment undertakes at least every 12 months, a Static Hazard & Risk Assessment conducted to the OH&S Safety Act 2004, OH&S Regulations 2017, Worksafe Plant Hazard Checklist, and Hierarchy of Hazard Control.

Our detailed reporting system and highly trained assessment officers will thoroughly check your equipment to ensure optimum safety standards are met, and risks associated with the equipment are highlighted to owners/operators.

Mobile Plant Risk Assessment Service

Our mobile service means we come to you, saving you valuable time and money by keeping your machinery on-site without the need for removal off-site, and without the need for time consuming searching to obtain the needed compliance items.

We carry a range of necessary equipment stock on hand to cover all your equipment needs including Fire Extinguishers, Decals, Safety Beacons, First Aid Kits, and Tapes.

JR Safety Co also offers an innovative digital system allowing you to simply scan the QR code on our service sticker, to search your most recent Safety Risk Assessment – so no matter where you or the operator are, your latest report is just a few clicks away!

Our Risk Assessment System includes the following:
  • A physical Inspection of the item of Plant – checking for damage or excessive wear and tear.
  • Review of standard operation and potential Hazards with the machine and the control measures that are in place.
  • Checking Fire Extinguisher/s are maintained and tagged as per standard AS1851:2010.

  • Australian Standards (Where applicable) AS4024-2014 Safety of Machinery, AS4772 Earthmoving Machinery -Quick Hitches.
