Weight Check: We verify that the weight of the fire extinguisher matches the data sticker.
Gauge Condition: We ensure the gauge is in good condition and shows that the extinguisher is fully charged.
Powder Check (for powder extinguishers): Our team confirms that the powder hasn’t hardened at the bottom of the cylinder.
Hose and Horn Inspection (if applicable): We check the hose and horn, making sure the O-rings haven’t perished and the hose is in optimal working order.

Fire Hose Reel Testing

Flow Rate: We ensure the flow rate meets safety requirements.
Reel Condition: We inspect the reel to make sure the instructions are clear and legible.
Securing: Our team ensures that the hose reel is properly secured in place.
Maintenance Tag: In line with fire test and tag regulations to maintain compliance and safety, we ensure the maintenance tag is correctly attached.
Hose Inspection: Our team unrolls at least 5 meters of hose to check for wear. For annual inspections, we unroll the entire hose length to check for flat spots or other damage.
Installation Height: We confirm that the hose reel is installed within the required 1.5 meters to 2.4 meters above the ground.
Signage Requirements: Our team ensures the required signage is placed 2000mm above the finished floor level (ABFL) and is visible from at least 20 meters. Right-angle signs may be necessary.
Cabinet Signage: We make sure the fire hose reel cabinet is clearly marked with "FIRE HOSE REEL" in letters at least 50mm high.
Cabinet Clearance: We check that there is a minimum 100mm clearance inside the cabinet and 60mm clearance around the stop valve.
Cabinet Depth: We ensure the cabinet depth is no greater than 360mm.
